We are a boutique agency and consider ourselves partners to our clients, which is why we only work with a select few clients who align with our vision and get excited about the ideas we present. So you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a small number of clients, rather than rushing your time between too many.

‍What you’ll be doing:

‍You will be supporting the core offering of our business: running paid advertising for our clients. This is a perfect opportunity to create marketing strategies for super fun brands who you've likely seen go viral on TikTok recently!

Your role will predominantly be to research new campaign ideas, launch new Facebook, Google & TikTok campaigns, manage and optimise the ads and create new ad variations, and monitor their performance.

➡️ You’ll be creating strategies that blend data & analysis with creativity. 

➡️ You’ll be regularly meeting and working closely with our clients to think of new offers and promotions.

➡️  You’ll be researching competitors, trends, and social media to deliver fresh content ideas to our clients. Then work closely with our creative team to deliver creative direction and bring those ideas to life.

➡️ You’ll be working closely with our email marketer to align on overall messaging and marketing strategies for our clients.

➡️You’ll be writing copy that speaks to our client’s ideal target audience.

➡️You’ll constantly be learning and refreshing your knowledge with our huge bank of resources - we LOVE staying up to date with the latest trends, campaigns and strategies!

➡️ You’ll be mining our clients’ websites and social media and spotting opportunities to improve areas such as conversion rate to contribute towards paid performance

➡️ You’ll have the freedom to use your voice and speak up when you have new thoughts & ideas to improve our client’s results - we welcome initiative and innovative thinking! 

‍Who you are 🤓

‍We are looking for an enthusiastic, performance-oriented, and creative marketer to support our clients with managing, optimising and growing their paid advertising campaigns. 

If you have a camera roll of ad screenshots you LOVE and can’t wait to create and test, you are exactly what we’re looking for. This role is all about initiative and innovation. We are creating something special at Develop Digital and there’s an opportunity to join us on this exciting journey.

The right person:

• You have 2 or more years of experience working with Facebook, Google or TikTok Ads and 1 year of experience working in a similar agency environment.
• You’re highly proficient in written and spoken English. You are UK based or maximum GMT +1 timezone.
• You’re a big team player and love working collaboratively towards a common goal.
• You have a desire to constantly improve and no matter how much knowledge you think you have, there’s always something new to learn and new strategies to master!
• You work well remotely and have no problems managing your time, workload, and productivity at home.
• You aspire to be the best in your craft and you want to be surrounded by others who are motivated toward the same goal.
• Your finger is on the social media marketing pulse. You’re regularly checking out Facebook or TikTok Ads library and spotting new creative ideas you’d love to test.
• You face problems with initiative and come up with actionable solutions. You have the autonomy to creatively think and make suggestions - we welcome fresh ideas!
• You have an analytical mind and have no problems reading data and spotting opportunities to improve You take initiative and actively participate in the conversation.
• You get excited at the prospect of working with e-commerce brands!

£30,000 starting salary
Progression opportunities are available depending on performance. Once you are fully trained, bonus incentives will be introduced
