Before co-founding Develop Digital - Charlotte obtained 5 years of experience studying & working in Fashion, with brands such as ASOS & H&M.

Her creative experiences crafted Charlotte’s role in Develop Digital as she often helps clients with creative direction, new ad content ideas and TikTok videos, all with conversions in mind.

Caitlin

Before co-founding Develop Digital, Caitlin obtained over 7 years of experience working in Digital Marketing, as well as a Master’s Degree in the subject.

Caitlin loves all things technical and often spends her days researching new industry leading strategies & tactics to ensure our client’s accounts are using the most up to date knowledge to perform to their full potential.

Together they’ve carefully curated a team of ecommerce specialists to form Develop Digital - a one stop shop for e-commerce advertising & email marketing.

Ryan has a wealth of digital marketing experience and knowledge.

Prior to joining Develop Digital, Ryan obtained a degree in Digital Marketing and experience working within Digital Marketing Project Management.
